Here’s a few words behind the cover’s concept, by the creator himself. “The concept behind this work was indeed very challenging. A dreamy setting with an enigmatic plot hides symbolic images based on the Acherontia atropos insect itself but expands further towards the Coming End and Thanatos. Apocalyptic images are born from a natural but distorted organic shell, giving shape and substance to colourful, haunting nightmares… This is “Acherontia atropos” by Obzerv.
